FS Force is copyright 2003 by Dirks Software. FS Force (THE PROGRAM) includes
the Profile Manager, fsforce.dll, and all associated files and documents.

FS Force may not be hosted on any web site except where the authors explicit
permission has been obtained.

FS Force is distributed as shareware. In this form it may be copied and
distributed freely. The shareware license grants you the right to
conduct 10 flights in Microsoft Flight Simulator for the purpose of
evaluating THE PROGRAM. This is also referred to as the Trial Version.
Flights under 5 minutes in duration are not counted. Attempting to use
THE PROGRAM after the Trial Period has expired is a violation of the
shareware license agreement.

If you decide to purchase The Program, and payment is received by
Dirks Software, you will become a registered user, and are then
granted a license to use The Program on an unlimited basis, for
your personal use only. This license is non-transferable. Before
you can begin using The Program, it will have to be Activated,
which involves exchanging information with Dirks Software over
the internet, either directly using the HTTP protocol, or via
email. The information exchanged will include your registration
key, and a description of the hardware componenets of your
computer, which may include things such as your hard disk size,
RAM size, or your CPU type and clock speed.

As a registered user, you are entitled to use THE PROGRAM on up to
two computers. (For instance, a main desktop computer, and a laptop
computer.) The use of THE PROGRAM, though, in this situation or
any other, is strictly limited to the registered user.
